Japan Electronics Return and Refund Policy

 

At Japan Electronics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at biznisboy6@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Certain products such as personal care items or water bottles may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • In some cases, you may receive a replacement depending on your preference

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model), please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
